SeniorLine

SeniorLine Information and Referral Service is a telephone based service that provides information about community services which can help meet basic needs and assist older adults in maintaining their independence. SeniorLine is nationally accredited by the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS). 

Staffed by certified Information & Referral Specialists, callers to SeniorLine can be referred to a wide variety of community resources, as well as programs sponsored in Guilford County by Senior Resources of Guilford. Information on programs serving seniors who live in other areas of the United States is also available.

The Contact Form lists many of the topics of interest to seniors and their caregivers, including medical and long-term care insurance and prescription drug assistance.

Short-term case assistance is available to senior adults and their families who require additional assistance identifying and accessing services to meet their needs.
