Health Education & Aging Resource Team (HEART)

The North Carolina Health Education & Aging Resource Team (HEART) provides free training, education, and consultation in Guilford County to a variety of agencies and organizations to address mental health issues related to older adults. Participants may receive 1.0 CE for every hour of training received upon request.
