Senior Resources Case Assistance & Options Counseling provides in-home assessments and short-term assistance to senior adults who need help finding and accessing services to meet their needs.
Senior Resources Case Assistance & Options Counseling can provide:
- Short-term problem-solving for everyday concerns
- Internal referrals to other Senior Resources of Guilford programs such as Grandparents Raising Grandchildren, Evergreens Lifestyle Center, Meals on Wheels and the Community Nutrition Center.
If problems are complex or require intensive care, Senior Resources will help you contact other community agencies.
