SeniorLine
SeniorLine Information and Referral/Case Assistance Service is a telephone based service providing information about community services which can help meet basic needs and assist older adults maintain their independence.

Staffed by certified Information & Referral specialists, callers to SeniorLine can be referred to a wide variety of community resources as well as programs sponsored in Guilford County by Senior Resources of Guilford. Information on programs serving seniors who live in other areas of the United States is also available.

Please visit the "Contact Us" page on this website and download the Contact Form if you would like to reach us through the website. The Contact Form lists many of the topics of interest to seniors and their caregivers including medical and long term care insurance and prescription drug assistance.

Short-term case assistance is available to senior adults and their families who require additional assistance identifying and accessing services to meet their needs.
