Senior Employment
The Senior AIDES employment training program provides income eligible adults age 55 and over with the opportunity to learn new job skills and earn extra income. The program’s goal is to assist older adults gain the skills they need to obtain employment in the private sector.

Through work assignments with non-profit organizations and government agencies, Senior Aides gain valuable experience.

The Senior AIDES program, an equal opportunity program, is funded through Title V of the Older Americans Act and operated under a U.S. Department of Labor grant. Senior Resources of Guilford, in cooperation with Senior Service America, Inc., sponsors the program in Guilford County.
