Rural Outreach
 Rural Outreach activities provide senior adults living in Colfax, Oak Ridge, Pleasant Garden, Stokesdale, Summerfield and southeastern Guilford County with a variety of programmed activities in their home communities.

Activities are planned for once a month. Seniors participate in educational and recreational programs, enjoy field trips and share social time over a noontime meal.
