| Pathways
& Protocols®
The
Guilford County Senior Services Roundtable has created an
exciting new resource for the community. “Pathways
& Protocols®” is a new web site that seeks
to enhance the individual’s or family members awareness,
understanding and access to services for older adults in
Guilford County.
We
are grateful to the Moses Cone/Wesley Long Community Health
Foundation who provided funding for the development and
implementation of the Pathways & Protocols® Project.
The
Roundtable is comprised of representatives of organizations
in Guilford County who serve older adults though their programs.
Many thanks to the staff and administrators who helped create
the pathways. Among the agencies participating were: Senior
Resources of Guilford, Call United Way 211, Adult Center
for Enrichment, Advanced Home Care, Piedmont Triad Council
of Government Area Agency on Aging, Guilford County Department
of Social Services, Guilford County Department of Public
Health, The Guilford Center, Health Force, Greensboro Transit
Authority, Guilford County Commission on Aging, Guilford
County Coordinated Services, Guilford County Department
of Transportation, High Point Regional Hospital, Hospice
of Greensboro, Hospice of the Piedmont, Mental Health Association
of Greensboro, UNCG Gerontology Program, UNCG School of
