Introduction
If you are an older adult or the caregiver of an older adult or
disabled person who needs transportation for medical, personal, or social
reasons, there is a range of options available in
If you have a Medicaid “blue card” or “pink card” and have no other
means of transportation for a medical appointment go to Medicaid

Cancer Society Patient Services
The American Cancer Society Patient
Services’ “Road to Recovery Program” 1-800-282-4914 provides rides for:

Individuals of all ages who need transportation to cancer treatment,
including chemotherapy and radiation treatments within

Clients must be able to walk on their own
q
Rides must be arranged 48 hours in advance
q
Because this is staffed by volunteers this is not a guaranteed ride
