The Meals on Wheels Program delivers a nutritious noontime meal to homebound senior adults age 60 and over. To be eligible to receive Meals on Wheels, the seniors must be unable to prepare a meal for themselves or have no one available to assist them.
Volunteers from the faith community, local businesses and schools work in pairs to deliver the meals, which are prepared by a local caterer. The volunteers also check on the well-being of each senior they visit.
