Senior Wheels Medical Transportation Program
The Senior Wheels Medical Transportation Program provides rides for seniors age 55 and over who are ambulatory to medical appointments in Guilford County and to regional medical facilities.

Individuals must be ambulatory to receive rides through the Senior Wheels Program. |

Volunteer drivers from the faith community provide the rides to scheduled medical appointments. |
*If no one is available to assist you, please leave a voicemail indicating who you are, where you are located, how to contact you and when you need a ride (date and time). A limited number of handicapped accessible rides are available each month. Please call for details.
